Continuing Billing Error

Three agents have previously promised a refund of £24 due to 3 previous charges of £8 for UK Calls Boost which I did not need or request. Last November my bill was reviewed and a new monthly charge of £27 only was agreed. Added to the bill however were charges for Now TV and the Boost charge which were never discussed or agreed. My last bill actually had a refund of £16 after a long series of chat lines and long phone calls! Please confirm what my future bills will be.Will they be £27 as previously promised and will I receive the rest of my promised refund?
I have been a customer with you for many years but the concealed selling, the difficulty of receiving proper customer care and false promises mean that I will consider cancelling my contract unless I receive a satisfactory reply to this email.
I do not want to

The boost has now been removed and the remaining credit has been applied, this will come off your next bill, After that the price per month will be £27 as agreed.
