New update, and all of my emails have disappeared.

Good Afternoon. My phone has informed me of an update to my email page (I use the regular internet browser on my phone rather than an App). Having duly logged on to the new page, all of emails (inbox, sent, trash, and personal folders) have disappeared. I have logged on to my email on my desktop computer and they all still show  there, so why not on my phone? Please help?

What exactly did you see on your phone about an update to your email page?

 

I'm still trying to find out what TalkTalk's plans are, with its vendor Open-Xchange, for onboarding customers to the new OX Cloud 8 interface. So far as I can tell there's been no information to customers. And when things go wrong, like today, there isn't even the merest heads up to say what's happening and why.

There was TalkTalk Mail maintenance last night for improvements and some users are seeing the new style interface via an Internet browser. But that mailbox interface does not yet link to the mailbox containing the customer emails and folders. So, to sign in to the active mailbox use the above link.

 

I don't know why there wasn't a heads up about what's going on. I have asked TalkTalk for clarification on the future for TalkTalk Mail and Mail users but so far no information is being shared.
