I have received no emails overnight or today. I have sent two emails to myself which seemd to go and appear in the Sent folder, and also used the "Test email" button but no reply. Broadband connection is working fine.

I have flagged it up behind the scenes, @1Cherry1.

 

Until they have had time to look into it, there can't be an immediate response.

 

They are dealing with multiple issues and there is always a queuing system. 

 

Each new post delays the progress of the thread in their automated workflow,  so it is best just to wait for the thread to reach staff.

 

Community Stars are only volunteers and not on here in an organised schedule. We have no powers other than to flag up the issue.

Same here for a onetel.com email address. Nothing since 3pm yesterday.
