webmail been slow all morning   spinning disc turning round for ages    offered an app update that was available clicked on that   then a session timed out came on screen  signed in again   now spinning disc only never gets connected to email screen anymore

Ady gone back in for a last try before I go out till 1215pm   and its offered me the talktalk login and password page   did that and its opened up ok       will try again later mid agternoon to make sure its still ok    thanks

Ady     just tried and its still the same    spinning circle in centre of screen no page loading     at top says apps/talktalkappsuite/ etc but page will not open

still no access to webail on windows 10 laptop even tried google search for talktalk webmail and clicked there on link still same its ok for me on android tablet     any update yet on fix?

Hi paja32, there's an incident open for latency on the webmail platform. OX have been monitoring the problem and are working to repair it.
