We were previously with TT but left after the hack and a torrent of scammers. Was signed up with Shell to start but got disconnected for a week due to an Outreach miswire. Then got caught in the TT fishnet. Unable to cancel the contract because the online switch over wasn’t complete, even now I cannot access online bills and am being charged for paper for the privilege. Just received 2nd bill still no reduction for loss of service which cost us £20 in Mobile data charges. The BB suffers intermittent cut outs and is quite frankly not up to the mark. Any suggestions before I cut loose?. Thanks, Mike.
