Non working digital phone after fbre installed a week ago

A week ago we had fibre installed along with the digital phone. The 'engineer' rushed off before we could test anything. The full fibre works but the phone does not ! I am paying (uk calls) for a service I cannot get. I have been passed round all the talk talk departments without any help at all. Please fix this ASAP.

As Biilx says above,the phone number you suggest just takes you back into the merry go round of being passed from one disinterested department to another. Atrocious service.

@Billx I will have to flag this, as this is the only Full fibre number. With the general number I would advise please stay on the line and they will put you through the full fibre team.

Unfortunately, that number does not work.

It automatically takes one to the general number, 0345 172 0088.

It would be useful to advise the relevant people to fix that.

I am sorry to hear that @billybob78! I would love to book an engineer for you, however we do not have the resources on this platform. You will need to contact the full fibre team directly, so they can have this resolved for you ASAP.

I have already been through all that and just been shunted from one department to another ! It is obviously an error by the so called engineer when he fitted the full fibre. Therefore it will need an engineer to visit and sort it out. Talktalk are not fulfilling their part of the contract and if they do not soon then I will leave.
