Not able to sen emails to anybody but can receive. error: "550 - 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason"

Hi
Since yesterday (Sunday 9/11/2025) I can not send messages to anybody.
Error Message is : "550 - 550 5.7.1 Reject for policy reason"
I'm using web based client.
Tried to re-load page and log in again but to no avail.
Any suggestions ?

As your account has already been disconnected with us, I would advise please contact Everymail directly as the account was migrated over to them. Please try using your email via webmail and see if you are still unable to send emails. However for further support kindly contact Everymail.

As I'm getting lots of fishing scam attempts from people impersonating talk talk I might have deleted it.

I see Everymail logo on website but web address I login into  still appears to be: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk

What should I do in this situations.?

Looking into the account your account with us has been disconnected as our email accounts were migrated over to Everymail. Please check the communication you were sent dated 25/09/2025.

Not sure if it is "plus" but is one that I pay for.
Not free one.
I have mobile broadband with O2 though.

Does not matter what address I try to send to I'm getting this message,
I can receive messages OK though.

Hi there @michal_p I am very sorry to hear this. Is this issue occurring with just one specific email address, or is it happening when you try to send to all email addresses?
