I have been getting emails telling me to move to everymail if I want to keep my mailboxes. I have 5 mailboxes of which 2 have had sending emails disabled. I am a current TalkTalk broadband customer and have been for at least 10 years.

Please link my mailboxes to my TalkTalk broadband account before they are completely disabled.

Details entered into Private area of profile as required.

Thankyou

@Trohan if the emails are working than that is a good sign, because of the migrations the team is currently working on unlocking the emails and re-instating access. Once the migration is fully completed, we will then be notified on how to assist with linking, as long as there is no restriction than that is fine.

All 5 of my mailboxes are working but only 3 are listed in Mailbox Manager. The 2 missing are those 2 that have been re-instated after being disabled incorrectly due to not being linked to my broadband account.

Thanks @nameunknown

Nice thinking but didn't work. Neither of these mailboxes were Mailbox Admins anyway so I wouldn't expect to get access with them.

@Trohan

My guess is that instead of all 5 of your mailboxes being in one Mailbox Manager account, they are split across two Mailbox Manager accounts.

If so, then you ought to see just the 2 recently enabled email accounts if you log in to Mailbox Manager using the email address of one of these 2 accounts and the password for that email account.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.

I'll just check with the team if this is normal after the linking of your emails.

I've looked at this but I can't see how this helps. I can't add the mailboxes because they already exist and I can't reactivate them because the y aren't listed.

I can read and write emails in Webmail but I can't SEE the 2 mailboxes in Mailbox Manager as I used to before TalkTalk disabled them and have now re-enabled.

Have you tried readding the emails to your mailbox manager? Thanks

I think you have mis-interpreted the message @siphosethu-TT

I was confirming to @Philile-TT that the mailboxes weren't visible in Mailbox Manager.
