mailbox manager

I've been trying to access mailbox manager.

lots of articles about it, saying these are the features in it but nowhere can I actually access it.

It says I need to be an administrator to use it. Perhaps I'm not an administrator.

if you could point me to a specific page where I can run the mailbox manager program, that would be good. thanks

Website not accessible in old Chrome version on Win8.1 but works fine in Win10.

If you have more than 1 TalkTalk email address, try each of them, in turn.
