I have been getting emails telling me to move to everymail if I want to keep my mailboxes. I have 5 mailboxes of which 2 have had sending emails disabled. I am a current TalkTalk broadband customer and have been for at least 10 years.
Please link my mailboxes to my TalkTalk broadband account before they are completely disabled.
Details entered into Private area of profile as required.

Hi. Yes I did but amended the information slightly yesterday. The mailbox names are the same but the 2 that have send disabled seem to be linked to other addresses which are not aliases as far as I can see.

@Trohan Did you write the email addresses you wanted to be linked on the private notes prior to @mandisa1-TT submitting the form?

Thank you so much, that is fine. I will have to fill in the form for you as it seems, some of the email addresses on your account we captured incorrectly, as they do not match the ones you listed on your private notes.

Hi there
I've checked the account names against what I've entered into Private notes. They are all correct. On checking my Mailbox Management the 2 noted in Private as having send disabled have also disappeared from there.

Upon investigating your account, 2 of the email addresses are linked on the account however the other 3 are not. I will still submit a form for you, so that all 5 can be linked.
Can you please double check the email addresses you listed on your private notes and confirm if they are correct as some do not match the ones on the account. Thank you
