Not receiving Gmail emails to my Tiscali Account. I reckon this has been going on for a few days!

It is and the fix has been implemented. You'll see the mails coming through throughout the morning. Any that were rejected will need to be resent.

Guys - I think issue is with receiving emails to tiscali address from any exchange online account (eg. hotmail, gmail). Please check out link below. Seems to be about tls handshake failing because tiscali provides leaf cert rather than full chain and exchange online needs full chain to validate for that connection. Something at either end must have changed.

Hi all, We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.

This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues. 

Our team are working hard to get things back up and running, please check back here for updates.
