I am not receiving gmail to my Tiscali accounts (3) this has been going on for a few days. Someone sent me an email from hotmail, but that also never showed up. If someone has other emails services, it would be worth sending an email to your Tiscali account to see the full extent of the problem.

In the past it has taken up to 12 hours and after that anything not being received would never come. That doesn't mean it will take 12 hours today its just based on experience.

Yes, although some emails from third parties (including junk!) seem to be coming through, Gmails are still not. I have sent myself a few Test messages to my Tiscali account from my Gmail account but these are still not coming through (as at 11.20 Monday morning). Get the same message saying 'undeliverable to Tiscali Server' or something. I wonder how many other (more important) emails are not getting through?

Still not working and they are not showing in webmail.
I reported this via phone on Friday and had a call back this morning from their technical department. They say this is most likely to be an issue at Gmail end and should contact them to report!

Hi all, We’re aware that some of our customers are having problems with their Tiscali email service. Tiscali customers are currently unable to receive emails from Gmail. Senders from Gmail are reporting getting the error message 'The MX host does not match any MX allowed by the STS policy'.
This issue only seems to be impacting email clients (outlook for example), customers using our webmail service aren’t reporting issues.

My Tiscali account is also not receiving emails from Gmail accounts. I reckon it's been going on for a few days!

Return to the message board and click on start a topic, @OldRec11*, as it gives Talktalk a clearer indication of numbers when it's in a separate thread.
