Hi
While I am seeming to receive emails, I have discovered that I am not receiving some emails from a couple of specific senders.
I only know as I was expecting these email sand when I chased up the senders they did say they have sent them and I gave them a alternate email address. They resent the emails and I received them at this alternate email address.
The Spam folders are empty.
Does anyone have any idea what has happened to these email and how i can fix this issue?
Thanks
Frank

@ossettman, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to get this issue looked into.
For such issues it helps avoid confusion if you open your own thread.

My email address is @Tiscali.co.uk.
One of the domains is r@theatreroyal.org but I have received email from one person in that organisation but not another. Weird.
I do not have any filters set up and the junk folder is empty.
Any more ideas?
Thanks
Frank

The most common reason for stopping receiving mail from some originators is that the mail senders (usually bulk mail sending services) had some sort of problem delivering mail to your mailbox and as a protective measure suppressed sending to your email address. The originator may not even know the mail is not being sent unless they ask their email admins to check to see if mail sending has been suppressed.
You should also check to see that there are no filter rules defined in your TalkTalk online mailbox. If you see any unexpected filter rule, including any auto forward, then consider the potential for your mailbox password to be compromised and take the necessary steps to recover full security.
What are the originating domains?
