At last I have some emails trickling in slowly but surely.
All now visible in Firefox but client catching them one by one and taking ages.
Good news is that someone has at last looked at the problem and started to fix it.

Hate to say it but this problem is definitely NOT FIXED.
It is possible that some have been able to slide in to get their emails but I can not even get the logon page despite TLS success.Now for more than 48hrs using either email client or Mozilla Firefox V68.0.2 (64bit) running on a Lenovo laptop. Tried via fibre and also tethered via mobile phone.
No luck at all, not happy!

Thanks for your input. The address for Onetel Mailzone was the same one as you suggested. It didn't work last night. When I checked shortly before 10am today both webmail and my usual POP Onetel email were working normally.
