I've changed my email app settings to the latest recommended, but get an username/password error. I can use the Webmail function OK.

Hi keithk, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @keithk, for staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
