Password reset on secondary mailbox

Hi, I have a problem accessing one of my secondary email accounts. I don't know the password, and when I go through the online password reset process, the reset code is being sent to the mailbox I can't access. I have a recovery email address and SMS details recorded against my main email account, but thesae details don't seem to apply to the secondary accounts.

Hi Willie57, thanks for confirming the security information. I've raised the password reset tool update request. It will be completed within 24 hours. To check when its completed just go to the Password Reset Tool intermittently and you'll see when its been updated.
