Emails being refused from one sender

I still have a tiscali address which works fine apart for one very important email contact.

Recently a problem has developed with receiving emails from all departments of one company ... they all get a bounce back when they try to send me an email.

 

They get the following message:

The following message to MY EMAIL@tiscali.co.uk was undeliverable. The reason for the problem:

5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 552-'5.2.0 u7vJpNxu8t5W1u7vJpgN3C Content rejected (TT992)'

 

I use email on Outlook and all the filters and settings etc are fine.

No other problems.

Just from one company/domain name to my tiscali address.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi Janey9, I've run a check on your account and its showing nothing blocked directly for your account by TalkTalk. I know it seems obvious but have you logged into webmail and checked the filters to make sure its not being blocked accidentally by a filter.
