Please link my emails to my broadband account.

Profile has been updated as per advice on this Forum with emails I wish to preserve listed. 

 

This is to avoid charges with the move to Everymail and to maintain these email accounts

 

I would appreciate confirmation that this has been actioned

I can see that we have submitted the forms for escalation. I understand you may be worried because you haven't received any feedback from us about this but we are having a look also into that.

Just to make sure this whole process has actually been completed....

on 8th of July, mandisa1-TT said "I am not sure if they will send you confirmation. However a can assure you, we have submitted a form for you and the back-office team will link them for you."

so the form should be submitted 2 weeks ago.

We understand, @Makimakitty. And apologize for causing any feeling of uncertainty but we assure of the measures taken to rectify this are well in order.

Ok, thank you.  I will check back.

I just want to be 100% sure that we are not going to lose current/past email data and contract etc.  It's only natural to seek a confirmation after receiving the email wrongly stating we are not a broadband customer and having to pay for the service.  I think everyone having to go through this process feels the same away....

Hey there, @Makimakitty. Remember that it takes 5 working days for the escalation to be completed by the back-office team. I recall you contact us on the 06/07/2025 and your email account were submitted to be completed on the 08/07/2025. So, we kindly ask that you allow adequate time to see this through.
