How do I print the last entry only?. Instead of the whole conversation.

Every print dialogue has the option to print specified pages only. So you can reduce the amount printed from an email that includes an entire conversation.

Or reply to the last mail message, edit out the older parts of the conversation and save that reply as a draft from which you can then print just the conversation you need.
