Problems sending email to certain email addresses

Certain email addresses I send messages to do not go through. Sending email to multiple people and it always one particular address does not receive his. I have to use gmail to get to this person.  There could be others I do not know about but this is an ongoing problem with this persons account. Gmail works fine.
