Hi. I purchased some festival tickets a confirmation of which it said was sent to my email address. I've never received. Checked spam, junk. Requested a further confirmation, again received message saying it had been sent to my email address. It's from a reputable company. I'm wondering if in the past I've blocked this sender. Is their anyway I can release it? I don't know the correct email address their sending it from to add to safe sender's as anything they are sending is disappearing somewhere but I'd recognise it by the company name.  I've gone into web mail, settings, all settings, mail and the rule is fine. Is there any way I can access and see any email addresses I've blocked? Many thanks

Hi Pumpkin66, please send me a personal message with the email address of the sender and I'll run a scan to see if I can identify what happened to the mail.
