Problems sending emails to Yahoo address

Hi there, I am having problems sending emails from my TalkTalk address to a Yahoo address. I am not receiving non-delivery notifications and the intended recipient has checked the spam/junk folder and blocked addresses. I can receive emails from the Yahoo address but cannot send or reply. I have no problems emailing Yahoo from my GMail. Grateful for any help. Thanks.

Hi Ady, I appreciate that you are doing all you can and thank you for your efforts so far. I will keep sending test emails to the Yahoo address and let you know should the issue eventually be resolved. Until then, please ensure the incident stays open. I can send to Yahoo from my GMail and could switch, but prefer to stick with TalkTalk mail if possible.

I raised the incident to the Major Incidents Team and it's still with them. I alert management to the list of open issues every week. There's nothing more I can do.

Hi Ady, thanks for your efforts, but I am still having problems sending emails to yahoo addresses. The occasional email seems to get through but the vast majority do not. As the problem has gone on for some time and is affecting others is there any possibility that the incident could be escalated? Many thanks.

Hi Ady, DoggyB here, and I think that I can now send emails to yahoo.co.uk addresses (and hopefully yahoo.com too). Many thanks for all of your help on this matter - it is much appreciated as I'm sure it must be a real pain for you having to deal with it!

The incident I raised is still open. I'll send another chaser this morning.

Hi Ady, 

The problems in sending emails from my TalkTalk account to Yahoo are still with us. I can however send from my GMail to Yahoo. This is causing me problems. Any progress in resolving this please. Thanks.

Hi Ady, Thanks for the reply. Based on the forum, it appears the problem appeared a couple of months ago, though I have only been affected in the last couple of weeks. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon.
