I am a current broadband user who has a legacy account because when i moved home in was informed by TalkTalk thst i couldn't dulse the same email address ti set uo a new account but I wanted to keep my email from the old account. Today was unable to sign in tomorrow email.
I am writing to request assistance in regaining access to my legacy TalkTalk account. I have been a long-standing customer and would like to continue accessing the services and information associated with this account.
Could you please advise me on the steps required to restore access, and let.

Thanks but the online chat option is no good. I just get s bot telling me to do things I have already tried and then it says its going to hand me over to a real person and it dosent.
This has been going on all week. I have people in the morning saying they are going to do something and then they dont get back to me.

What is the update from the team. I stilk dont have access to my emisal account. When I try ti log in it keeos saying I have put in the wrog password and a reset password link is not being sent to me.

I am concerd if I wait untill mondsy it will be too late. I have sent test emails from another email account and they have not bounced back. So at the moment I am hoping its still possable.
