I am a current broadband user who has a legacy account because when i moved home in was informed by TalkTalk thst i couldn't dulse the same email address ti set uo a new account but I wanted to keep my email from the old account. Today was unable to sign in tomorrow email.
I am writing to request assistance in regaining access to my legacy TalkTalk account. I have been a long-standing customer and would like to continue accessing the services and information associated with this account.
Could you please advise me on the steps required to restore access, and let.

Please note that the reason you having issues with your email account is due to the fact that it's not linked to your active account. Allow me to have this looked into for you as the deadline has already passed and emails are being deleted. I'll just escalate this for you and get back to you as soon as I have feedback okay. Thanks

Go to your TalkTalk Community website Profile, here:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
Scroll down until you see 'Private notes'
Enter your legacy email address in Private notes. You can list any other TalkTalk email address there as well
Save the changes.
Come back to this thread, and report that you have done so.
