Hi every body, I really hope someone can help me, been trying since before xmas to get this code but never get the email with it. Done everything they have said, add to safe senders the lot but still not getting it and I cant find it any ware dont know were I,m going wrong or what to do next. They cant help me now, Please help me if you can as I really need to get the account back doing my head in lols, yet I get their replys. Regards Colin,using talktalk and outlook

Which is good as that means there's nothing set up in the mailbox to stop verification mail messages from arriving in the online Inbox.
So, that leaves either the messages aren't being sent, or sent where you expect or that the network filters are detecting the messages as spam.
What's the sender email address specifically for these verification mail messages?
