I am having problems sending emails.
I receive the following from the server
xxxx replaces the actual email address used.
Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [xxxxxxx@xxxxx.com>] (554 - 554 5.7.1 <xxxxxxxxx@talktalk.net>: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail
)
This happens via webmail, email client and phone.
Incoming emails are fine.
According to another post a tool is needed Talktalks end to check if this is a hard block that needs lifting at Talktalks end.
Can someone help to get this lifted.
We have spent 2hrs already last week on the phone to two different people who could not sort this for some reason.

It is to everyone. This has been going on for a week now and two different people at TalkTalk phone support have been unable to sort this. Can we get this sorted this afternoon please. I see from other posts on here that other people have had the same issue. From what I can see you need to unblock something from your end.
