All outgoing emails from my wife's Talktalk email address are being blocked by the Talktalk server. These are being sent from a MacBook M4 but this also happens or her iMac. This happens on both IMAP & POP accounts. I have tried changing to other suggested port settings without success.
How do we get Talktalk to unblock access via this Talktalk email address?

Hi there @Me24u. I am very sorry to hear this. Try sending emails through the TalkTalk webmail interface to see if the issue persists there. If you can send emails from webmail but not from the email client, it could indicate a problem with the client settings rather than the TalkTalk account itself.
