I have had no internet for two weeks. I have been unable to speak to anyone as when I try to call the phoneline it just sends me a text message to a link and then AI chats. I can only get online at work or at a friends house and as I sometimes work online this has seriously. impacted me. I have followed all help advice and my router is still flashing orange and therefore I am without emails, Wi-Fi calling TV etc. I am looking for a new provider as Talk Talk have not got back to me apart from 1 text message which has not been followed up. The customer service with Talk Talk is appalling. I feel totally neglected and desperate!

Please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information . Go via your avatar; settings.....SAVE CHANGES once completed.
Youll need to be at home while they are running checks during the day.

Is this a joke? I don't want a badge, I want my internet fixed. I am looking for a new provider.
