I am unable to send emails from my laptop or smartphone.I keep getting  code: 554-554 5.7.1 "address rejected. You are blocked sending mail" Can you please help?

Yes, I can receive emails ok but cannot send them.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I only can see your reply on my phone and not my laptop ! There seems to a delay. I am able to access the internet.

Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

I just use my laptop and smartphone and neither are allowing me to send emails. I keep getting the message that I'm blocked from sending emails.
