I send messages to myself for onward forwarding.
They are showing as sent but not arriving in my inbox.
Just noticed this earlier this morning.
Tried a few test emails they say sent but not arriving.

My sincere apologies for posting on your thread, it was close to my problem and I do not know how to create a new topic, never did understand why you have to search to find how to do this thought a simple button would help on the main page, but still have not found it?
But again please accept my apologies and I hope they are able to help you with your email / webmail issues, I have found this team great with past issues they are really helpful and care imo.

For my part the tinyonline email has gone through from yesterday now except the test one I sent to myself so thanks for whatever you did to fix that appreciated

Thank you for reply.
When sending an e mail from webmail and i send a copy to my talktalk
It does not send to my talktalk webmail.
And i have friends and family on talktalk as well and when i send them an email they do not arrive.
Seems ok sending an e mail to a none talktalk accounts .
Just seems to apply to talktalk accounts.

Hello,
I have the same problem but from one of my tinyonline email accounts which I pay an annual fee for talktalk email plus - I sent these as normal via my outlook but they have disappeared into thin air so far guessing stuck on one of your servers somewhere around the world for some weird reason - 3 emails sent yesterday to a contact of mine, then 2 seperate test emails to myself none have gone through - can this be fixed urgently please?
