There is no staff support on here.
It may be that your email address needs to be linked with your Talktalk broadband service, if you are still a customer.
If you are no longer a customer, you will need to subscribe to Everymail to ensure the continued use of your old email addresses.
Contact Talktalk directly for all information related to your email / Account.

Are you using webmail or a third party client such as outlook or thunderbird?
If the latter, try deleting your email account , closing the client then adding your email account again using IMAP.
If using webmail you will need to phone or use chat as there is no longer any support staff here.
