Hi, My Windows 10 laptop works perfectly, but, for the last 2 months or so, whenever I open my Talk Talk webmail it runs very slowly and often "seizes up" the laptop gets much warmer and I can hear a drive whirring inside. If I do manage to get my webmail open, a message sometimes pops up on RHS of screen saying "This tab is using extra resources. To improve performance allow Google to make changes." when I tick "Allow" the message disappears but nothing happens. When I try to close webmail nothing happens for at least 60 sec. I can't even shut down the laptop for a while. This only happens when I open my Talk Talk webmail, otherwise laptop is up to speed and silently running on all other websites including this one. Also, battery capacity drops much faster whilst this is happening.
Does anyone else have this problem? Advice appreciated.
