I get you 😅

@Bill1893 could you please confirm whether the emails that are going to your spam folder are all from the same email address, or are they from multiple different senders?

The "original post" is simply the opening post of the thread, @Mandisa-TT  - not a whole other topic. 😊

Yes @Gliwmaeden2 I searched for an original post, and I couldn't find it too.

There's only one thread started by @Bill1893, as far as I can see, @Mandisa-TT.

@Bill1893 If you other thread open on the same topic. I kindly ask that we stick to this original thread for any follow-up questions or concerns related to your issue.

Using a single thread helps us keep track of your situation more effectively and ensures that we don’t miss any important details.

If you do not, could you please confirm whether the emails that are going to your spam folder are all from the same email address, or are they from multiple different senders?

To check if there are any filters or rules affecting the emails you're receiving, please follow these steps:

1. Log In: Open your web browser and go to the TalkTalk email login page. Enter your credentials to access your account.

2. Open Settings: Click on the gear icon or “Settings” in the upper right corner of your inbox.

3. Navigate to Filters or Rules: Find the option labeled "Filters" or "Rules" and click on it.

4. Review the Filters: Look through the existing rules to identify any that might be sending emails from certain senders to your spam folder.

5. Modify or Delete: If you find a relevant rule, you can either adjust it to allow emails from the sender or delete it entirely.

6. Test It Out: After making any changes, please send a test email from the sender or check for their next email to see if it lands in your inbox.

If you have any difficulties or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help!

Review your spam filter settings in your email account to see if there are any rules affecting this specific sender.
