please REMOVE me from your database, destroy my name from it, i dont wish to receive a single bill ever again. i cancelled, no matter how much you haggled and made me pay, i still cancelled yet again i am being billed and have an account with you. I AM NOT A CUSTOMER.

Your account remains available for you to access meanwhile in case you need it for reference.
