So, after all the crap that I've experienced lately, they fail once again.
In short, a member of the complaints team was booked to call me last night to discuss the issues I have been having throughout this year, including the recent incident where I have been blocked and cannot gain access to me emails, and guess what, yes........
I waited for 2 hours from 18:00 to 20:00 as it said in the text they sent me, and no one called, how disgusting is that.

I am sorry but we do not handle complaints on this platform. I have asked that you call in if you would like to speak to them now otherwise OfCourse you can wait for the call if you prefer waiting for them to call you.

Why didn't anyone have the curtacy to let me know, a simple text would of been surficiant.
Am I reading this correct, you want me to call again when someone was scheduled to call me?
I've spent most of my Sunday and this week on this problem, give me a break.....

The call was rescheduled for today, please call the customer support on the number 03451720088 during these hours Monday to Friday: 9am - 7pm | Saturday: 9am - 6pm to speak to the complaints team.

Hi there @GarryF1 Please accept my sincere and unreserved apology for any inconvenience it may have caused you. Clearly we've upset you and I want you to know that getting to the bottom of this is just as important to me as it is to you. I will have a look into your complaints to understand why they did not call you.
