My tiscali.co.uk inbox is not receiving emails sent from other tiscali.co.uk email addresses. This is happening on webmail, Windows & Android mail receipients. Not altered any settings. Is this a platform wide problem ?

Better not to, as it's safer that filters are functioning. Just check in the Spam folder more often.
As I say, all servers get it wrong some of the time.
No matter how often I approve Waitrose etc, which is clearly addressed to me specifically, Gmail defaults to Spam for that....

Is this one of the email addresses that was associated with your son's Talktalk broadband account (in a thread last year) but this email is in your name?
There are phases when all domains seem to send certain senders to Spam - sometimes oversensitive algorithms.
You can try marking each email as NOT Spam/ remove from Spam, to see if it helps retrain the filters.

On double checking in webmail the tiscali.co.uk emails are going into spam folder rather than inbox ?
