I have received emails from outlook email accounts that contain a protected message and so require a verification code to be sent so that I can then decrypt the message and read. On requesting the code be sent to my talktalk email, the email with the code does not arrive despite confirmation that it has been sent. Talktalk appears to be blocking this email from arriving. Why and how can it be resolved so that I can again read protected messages.
