I have received an error messsage (0x800CCC0F)

What email software are you using? Software name and version please and the Operating System of the device you're using. e.g. Outlook 2019 on Windows 11.
First check that your mailbox is working for both send and receive by signing in to the mailbox using an up to date Internet browser.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
