Today many of my gmail emails are not being forwarded to talktalk .
I am getting the message :-

Can this be sorted ASAP please as it is VERY inconvenient

@Rochelle, use the search facility for Chat or "contact" or a similar word....
Loads of information tucked in there.
Staff were on here over weekends during lockdown when phone support was minimal, but not otherwise.

Thanks for that but years a ago there were a few support staff on every day! I wouldn't even know how to find the chatbox!!
Anyway the problem has begun again today, A few emails were not able tobe forwarded . However when I just forwarded one I needed from gmail to myself I have received them to 2 different email accounts so maybe it has srted itself again!!
I live in hope!!

Staff are not always on this board every week day, @Rochelle.
None of them are on here at weekends.
The forum can be excellent for getting to the bottom of things but doesn't have the hours of cover that eg Chat has.
24/7/365 days a year simply refers to it being an active community around the clock!

Update today is that all seems to have sorted itself out. I can't be the only person who had this problem. I am suprised no one else has commented especially people like Ady who I thought had the job of answering problems. Maybe no one is on to help at the weekend?
