Tesco and edf e-mails

e-mails from edf and from Tescos no longer arrive and I cannot find a way to retrieve them from wherever they are floating around. Any ides? Also how do I report the problem to Talk Talk?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi @kaymm as you will have noticed TT are having a difficult time with email at the moment. They are aware and working on it but no timescale for resolution as yet.
I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
