I have stopped receiving emails from Tesco and their customer support tells me it is your fault not theirs -please fix the problem

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I have also stopped receiving email confirmations from Tesco.com! Last one was 23rd January. A couple have turned up (well after the event) in my Spam folder but not all getting through at all. This is extremely frustrating as I have not altered any settings and it is very inconvenient not to be able to receive communication about my Tesco orders. Sort this out ASAP please!!
