Tinyworld email - unable to send emails

I am unable to send emails from my Tinyworld address. I can receive emails. This happened last month, too. Could you please resolve the problem. Thank you.

If you haven't already got your own thread you need to start your own so that TalkTalk can monitor the number of people reporting an issue.

 

This thread is for @TheCongoRat and responses to other posts will not be forthcoming.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly if you do not obtain the answer you require.

Same problem. Tinyworld.co.uk not sending emails. Sometimes 'queued' sometimes 'failed'. Also having problems logging in which I guess is because user name is tinyworld address.

I have the same problem, can receive emails on my "Tinyworld Account" but not able to send emails.

Noticed this problem yesterday, Sat 5th July 2025 & still the same as I write this.

Had the same problem about a week ago and spend a few hours trying to get it sorted, which failed. Then the following day it was working.

 

The same issue has happened a few times over the last couple of years.

Never found out what the problem is or was ?

Yep, won't even work on webmail, let alone Outlook. So annoying

This has been reported as an issue and referred to the forum manager to send to the relevant team

 

 

 

I have updated the Pinned post on the forum and suggest you check there for updates, but given the forum staff are not back until Monday, you may find they have rectified this before I get another update.
