Tiscali.co.uk E-mails not Sending

Hello,
Am unable to send Tiscali.co.uk e-mails from Windows and Android devices this morning. Was working ok all yesterday.
All settings are correct.
Able to receive e-mails.
Is this a platform wide problem.
