Hello,
My tisacali email is not loading on ipad or iphone. I can log in on desktop. Customer support told me that someone needs to release my email for this to work again. Apparently it has something to do with updates. I was on the phone for an hour and a half before being cut off.
I saw on another post the issue was resolved very easily for someone else.

I've removed your pic as your email address was in it. Is mail working normally on webmail after password reset? What version of IOS and Imail are you using it?

We had already tried this but it only created more issues. Please see attached error message on ipad.

Hi patajones, It looks to me like you need to do a password reset. The mailbox is active and functional. Often when they don't work in a mail client its down to a hiccup with the client and password reset usually triggers it to clear. Use the Password Reset Tool.
