Tiscali email not working

On Outlook email get error message OX800CCC78 (cannot copy and paste the full message) and on Webmail get : Message could not be sent to the following recipients: [axxx g xxxx<XXXXXXXXX@hotmail.co.uk>] (550 - 550 5.1.0 aWu0p1zAgFLnq Sender Domain Invalid (TT420)

 

Any ideas ? Cheers.

Hi. Now receiving emails on client and wemail but sent emails are still "stuck" in outbox.

I am also still continually getting a pop-up asking me for my name and password for each of my 2 Tiscali email accounts.

Yes, I rechecked and found the Tiscali DNS is down. As I posted in message 6.

As stated in my OP webmail is also not working but I can "sign into" both of my email accounts with no problem.

Hi. I got a new laptop last Sept and since then I have been on IN - mail.talktalk.net - Port 995 and OUT = smtp.talktalk.net - PORT 587 with absolutely no problems at all until today.

Port 25 is blocked. So you're still using out of date insecure settings on Outlook.

 

Is webmail working?

 

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.
