Trouble receiving emails - bouncing back to sender

A number of customers have made us aware that when sending us emails, they are bouncing back.

 

We are receiving some emails.

 

Can you look into why this is happening please.

Hi FletchW, are they getting error TT992 and if so please provide the sender domains i.e. the bit after the @ symbol.
