Unable to access Email on new phone

I have a new phone , i have found that i cannot acces talktalk emails on web , previous phone is fine new phone is Huawei y7 2019 , i managed to use emails as app only for one email unable to use the other talk talk email , i would like to access talk talk emails as on web by phone

I have followed that ans managed to access email through there but does not open via browser  so i will have to use that instead,

yes through the browser my other phone also a Huawei different model has no problems with this

I have tried to access as you said , what happens is a blank sceen with a circle  rotating, nothing else no messages etc, 3 bars not related to mail

Check access using TalkTalk Webmail
Please try logging into Webmail using this link:
👉 https://www.talktalk.co.uk/mail
If you’re on a mobile device, the “Mail” option may be in the menu (three horizontal lines).
If you cannot log in here, let me know what error message you see and we’ll investigate further.
