On iPad get message unable to create mailbox  “the mailbox couldn’t be created on the server”

Hi @PoohCorner I fear this is a current issue and a solution is being sought (sorry no timescale) 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
