Unable to reset password

Hello,

I have been unable to login to my email account as the password is not recognised. I have tried going through the forgotten password reset link several times over the past few months and at the final point where I create a new password and press continue, it comes up with an error saying there is a technical issue and that it is unable to change the password at this time.

 

Is there an issue with trying to change passwords currently? Thankfully I am logged in to my emails on my phone email app so I am able to still access them. I would however much prefer to change the password to enable me to login on other devices.

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I'll move this to the email section for you, @Cairnbulg60.

 

Staff may be able to make changes that bypass the fault that's stopping the password reset process from working. 

 

They're on here during the day (Monday to Friday).

 

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details meanwhile, for them to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
