Again experiencing problems with sending emails. There is also a significant delay in receiving them. What is being done to resolve this problem? It is occurring too often to be tolerable and I am seriously thinking of changing my email address and if I do so, I will also be ending my contract with Talktalk.

Hi Rannock5, I've raised an incident ticket to the incident management team. Hopefully they'll look at the last incident and see if the same cause is responsilbe and get it fixed quickly.
